Turn. Press. Control.
Orbit is a wireless control dial for the smart home. One remote, endless possibilities — and years on a single set of batteries.
Orbit — white, slate, matte black & navy colourways
Your smart home has a remote-shaped hole in it
In developmentThe bulbs are smart, the speakers are linked, the scenes are set — and yet every night ends the same way: standing in the doorway, phone in hand, thumb hunting through an app to turn the lights down a notch. That's not automation. That's a chore with extra steps.
Human hands are really good at one thing we've been doing for a century: turning a dial. Volume knobs, oven dials, the click of a thermostat — your fingers already know exactly how far "a little dimmer" is. Orbit gives that back to you.
Spin it to dim lights, scrub volume or nudge the thermostat. Click to toggle, hold for mute, double-press to flick between scenes. It speaks Zigbee — the same language tens of millions of smart devices already use — so it drops straight into Home Assistant and Zigbee2MQTT. No hub of its own, no wires, no app, no account, no subscription.
And it runs for years on a pair of standard AAAs — two to three on alkaline, up to four on lithium — not the weeks-to-months you've come to dread from battery-powered gadgets. When the day finally comes, swap them like a TV remote.
The road to your doorstep.
